8 oz of Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
4 oz of Lox Salmon trimmings
4 Tbs Greek Yogurt
3 Tbs chopped fresh dill
2 Tbs Capers with brine
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
Chopped green onion or chives to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

(Optional) 1 Tbs Vinegar-based hot sauce
Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature until it can be easily mixed.
Layer lox trimmings and cream cheese into your food processor 1 tablespoon at a time.
Add the rest of your ingredients on top of the lox and cream cheese in the food processor.
Blend gently or until whipped to desired texture. If you want more lox chunks you can do this by hand in a bowl instead.
Taste for seasoning and add more salt or pepper as desired.
Rest dip in the fridge for up to an hour before serving.
